Our commitment to quality means that all of simple products are made in small batches using as many high-quality organic and fair trade sources available.  We base our products on ingredients that are incredibly nourishing and help restore the skin’s natural balance.

argan oil

Found in our repair oil, argan has amazing skin reparative benefits. By balancing the production of sebum (oil) it has the ability to treat acne naturally. Also, it is high in Vitamin E which assists in fading scars and smoothing out the texture of your skin.  The repair oil we have infused a portion of aragon oil with organic green tea, a powerful anti-oxidant.  Green tea has shown to help with sun-damaged inflammatory responses.

babassu oil

Babassu oil is the low comedogenic cousin of the coconut!  Which means it delivers similar nourishing properties without blocking pores. It has a soothing influence on skin conditions such as acne, eczema and itchy dry skin.  This mild moisturizer is rich in lauric acid which is an excellent way to effectively and naturally treat acne.  Excellent for dry or oily skin babassu oil is the perfect base to our soap bar.

coconut oil

This is a favourite among the natural health care community for its beautifying and nourishing properties.  Coconut oil penetrates deep into the skin due to it's light molecular weight and how it bonds with protein.  In part, it helps the skin stay moisturized, while preventing moisture loss through the skin’s pores. We love it in our body whip as it is particularly helpful for those rough knees and elbows.

Although frankincense, also known as Boswellia serrata, has been used for thousands of years as a natural healing agent, recent studies have re-kindled the idea that it may have the ability to help in the process of reducing skin cancer symptoms. Along with an excellent anti-inflammatory, what makes frankincense special it's potential ability to promote healing.  That is why we included it in our repair oil.

jojoba oil

Jojoba oil is the liquid wax that comes from the seed of the Simmondsia chinensis (jojoba) plant.  This oil mimics your own body’s sebum (oil production) so it will help balance out your own levels when our skin has stopped doing it naturally.  This is what makes our daily face an excellent moisturizer as it is absorbed quickly and  protects the skin, provides moisture control, and soothe the skin.  Due to it being rich in iodine, jojoba oil fights harmful bacteria that can lead to breakouts and has an amazing power to heal.

pomegranate oil

It has been found that pomegranate oil encourages new cell regeneration. Studies have shown that pomegranate oil stimulates certain cells found in the epidermis (the outer layer of the skin). Regenerating these cells can help reduce past skin damage. As part of our daily face recipe and without blocking pores, pomegranate oil may help revive skin and reveal a newer youthful appearance.

shea butter

Shea butter is noncomedogenic (will not block your pores) and has excellent anti-aging properties believed to enhance dry or damaged skin. High levels of triterpenes indicate that shea butter is a significant anti-inflammatory source. You will be pleasantly surprised to find it in both our body scrub and body whip leaving you with smooth skin.
